The rental viewing request form must be completed, and submitted before the landlord, Megan Kelly, will contact any prospective tenants.

The form allows each prospective tenant to provide details regarding themselves, to allow for the pre-screening process of applicants.

Contacted by Landlord

Megan Kelly will contact applicants after the submission of their request forms within a reasonable time period.

Information

We kindly ask that all applicants remain patient during this time period, as there are often many request forms submitted.

All applicants who proceed with an application, which is available after the initial viewing, are to be made aware that a background check will be requested to proceed with a formal application. The following checks will be processed.

Schedule a Viewing

Applicants will be provided with the opportunity to schedule a viewing after they have been contacted by Megan Kelly.

Scheduling

Appointments will be conducted over a several day period. During this time, applicants will continue to be contacted by Megan Kelly to schedule viewing appointments, unless the apartment become occupied.
